The Kit x L’Oréal Paris: Not Alone Live
We collaborated with L’Oréal and The Kit to produce the first live taping of the Not Alone podcast hosted by Valeria Lipovetsky. Designed to bring attendees behind-the-scenes, the experience featured a custom café serving coffee and espresso martinis, curated product displays with personalized engraving, and thoughtfully styled design.
Guests were immersed in a setting that encouraged conversation, connection, and authenticity, bringing the brand’s values to life in a meaningful, memorable way.
Boston Pizza x Live Nation Launch
To celebrate the launch of their partnership, we collaborated with XMC to bring Boston Pizza and Live Nation together for an unforgettable brand experience that fused music, food, and fan energy. Guests enjoyed personal-sized Boston Pizza favourites paired with signature BP cocktails, immersed in bold, co-branded elements that brought the collaboration to life, culminating in a surprise live performance by The Sheepdogs. Designed to ignite excitement and connection, the experience celebrated the brands’ shared passion for live entertainment and crowd-pleasing moments.
Quaker Strategic Vision Conference
To unveil a bold new strategic vision, we partnered with Quaker to design and execute an internal conference at The Symes. Tailored for Quaker’s executive team, the event blended inspiration with play. Featuring a custom-curated arcade, vibrant themed florals, and striking stage design that reinforced the brand’s commitment to quality and innovation. Every touchpoint was thoughtfully crafted to build excitement, energize attendees, encourage collaboration, and set the tone for the year ahead.
Mackenzie Investments x PRI Dinner
We collaborated with Mackenzie Investments to host an opening night dinner for the Principles of Responsible Investing conference. Overlooking the city, the evening featured a gourmet, locally sourced menu by Alo alongside a curated lineup of speakers exploring the future of sustainable finance. The experience reflected Mackenzie’s longstanding commitment to sustainability while creating a setting for connection, conversation, and shared insight among industry leaders.
Campari x TIFF Hotel Takeover
As part of the Toronto International Film Festival’s landmark 50th anniversary, we partnered with Campari to deliver a full-scale hotel takeover at the Fairmont Royal York. As TIFF’s official partner, Campari transformed the iconic lobby into a cinematic social hub, complemented by an exclusive hosting suite for VIPs and industry insiders. Blending Italian sophistication with film-festival glamour, the experience brought together filmmakers, talent, and tastemakers for curated cocktails, elevated hospitality, and unforgettable moments at the heart of TIFF’s milestone celebration.
TORONTO STAR’S TOP 24 INFLUENCERS OF 2024
We collaborated with Toronto Star to design and produce the launch of the inaugural The Influencers: Toronto’s Top 24 list, an event created to spotlight the individuals shaping culture, business, and community across the city. Hosted at The Well, the evening brought together Toronto’s leading voices for a high-impact celebration that felt equal parts elevated and immersive. Guests enjoyed cuisine from some of the city’s top local restaurants, curated craft cocktails, and thoughtfully designed brand moments that encouraged discovery, connection, and conversation. Every detail—from the flow of the space to the guest experience—was carefully considered to reflect the prestige of the honourees while capturing the energy and influence of Toronto’s creative and cultural landscape.
PEPSICO FOODS NATIONAL CONFERENCE
We collaborated with PepsiCo Foods to design and execute bold, visually engaging brand environments for their annual national conferences. Through custom scenic elements, layered graphics, and immersive spatial design, we brought iconic brands including Cheetos and Lay’s to life at key moments throughout each event. Sustainability messaging connected to PepsiCo Foods’ pep+ initiative was thoughtfully woven into the overall design language, reinforcing brand values while creating cohesive, impactful experiences that elevated the attendee journey.
VIVIER SEDONA BRAND RETREAT
We designed and executed a brand retreat for Vivier set against the breathtaking red rock landscape of Sedona. Framed by the desert’s natural beauty, the experience was thoughtfully curated for media and influencers to foster connection, discovery, and meaningful engagement with the brand.
From elevated room drops and intimate hosted dinners to hands-on product sessions and bespoke branded activities, each moment was intentionally designed to feel refined and impactful. Guests were invited to slow down, connect with one another, and engage deeply with Vivier’s products and philosophy.
